STEP 2; rub cuticule oil around the edges of your nails
STEP 3; clean your hands with antibacterial soap
STEP 4; apply a base coat
STEP 5; apply the desired nail polish color
STEP 6; apply a top coat to prevent it from chipping
VOILA !!! You have fabulous nails :)
